Welcome to our site that's dedicated to the UK Variant of the 1974 Jeans Beetle
Purpose:
The page on facebook initially was to log the process of our own Jeans Beetle but as my interest grew and I saw people commenting on there I decided to create a group so you the fellow Jeans owners could share your pics and stories, again this being on facebook, but I come to understand that not everyone likes or uses facebook, so now the web page is here for all to see, I'm also trying to get a UK database together for this little icon that is the '74 edition Jeans S761 officially known as the
"Jeans Bug" but other variants will be posted, for identification purposes.
Edit: the database is now up and running and giving back good results.

Disclaimer:
We are not to be confused with JEANSBEETLES.COM Jean Michel has done a great job in creating that site, and over many years too, his site covers all the variations of the "Jeans Beetle" and is the place to visit if your wanting information on all other variants of the Jeans.
At jeansbeetle.com, we are solely concentrating on the UK variant, we don't want to confuse people as to the purpose of this site, we must stress it has nothing to do with "Volkswagen" or "Jean Michel's" site, but do hope to work in unison with Jean, all content on this site is my own work, but may have extracts from other authors, who will be credited for any pictures or words used.
Footnote:
As mentioned above, we're not the only website dedicated to the Jeans mark, our friends over at jeansbeetles.com & sebeetles.com have a great sites documenting all the variants of the jeans model.
Thanks for popping in, and enjoy the site, without your input this site wouldn’t exist, so thank you once again.
